Pushard's Karate program focuses on teaching the art of Isshinryu Karate.
Traditional techniques are complemented with tournament and competitive karate techniques
and include a variety of strategic self-defense moves.
Our programs enable you to defend yourself on the ground, as well as on your feet. We
also stress the importance of respectful conduct inside and outside of our school.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
If you haven't heard yet, we are offering Brazilian Jiu
Jitsu classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30 pm
to 9:00 pm, under the instruction of Rick Webber and direction
of Aaron Blake.
