Advanced Black Belt Training

2012

• Training open to ALL MIKA Black Belts.
• Monthly 2-hour training sessions – January through December
• Total of 24 hours of training/instruction
• Training sessions will include instructor training, advanced kata and advance weapon training
• No additional cost for special guests brought in for those training days
• A summer retreat will be planned at a minimal cost to cover expenses
• This training IS OPTIONAL!
• Please sign up before the holiday break if you plan to participate.
• Dates and times will be set for the year in advance.  All sessions will be held at MIKA Manchester unless otherwise stated.

 

• Cost for the year - $300 to be paid in full by April 1, 2012 (breaks down to $25 per session.

• Early payment option - $240 if paid in full by January 15, 2012 (breaks down to $20 per session)
• Monthly payment option can be set up with Sensei Jodi but final payment must be made by above dates.

Cash Prize for contestant with largest percentage of weight loss
Positive and accepting atmosphere

• Season 10 begins with a meeting, sign-up and weigh-in, Saturday, March 31st @9am.
• Entry Fee for the Challenge is $150 and includes everything mentioned above.
• Enter as a single contestant, or bring a friend or family member!

JUDO with Instructor Matt Shedd

Matt Shedd is a Black belt in Judo as well as a Black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!  MIKA Manchester offers 1 class per month with him.  This is for all Teens and Adults, there is a $30.00 Mat fee for this class ($20 for MIKA members). All schools are welcome.  Call Manchester Dojo 622-7373 to sign up for this months class. 10 am - 12 pm
